KINDLE version is total junk!I have had older paper versions of this reference before and have found them very useful.The Kindle version is a waste of $100. You cannot search page numbers, the hyperlinks don't work and it is basically impossible to navigate. I am so upset I wasted this much money on something so poorly designed.
Looked great. I learned to hate this book by the end of the semester
This is the single worst textbook I have ever had to buy. The online/ebook book (which was required for my class) will not let you use it without internet, does not work with modern browsers, and will not zoom in to the right areas. This makes reading it nearly impossible. When you do finally get it to the right spot, the information would be much better learned from ANY other source. Including just googling federal laws. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!
