This book has a lot of information in it and will be helpful to a diabetic. However all of the information is sideways in the book listed in charts. It would have been better for the publisher to publish a larger book with the charts listed across the page and not sideways. The ethnic section needs expanding or publish a separate book for ethnic foods. The ethnic section only listed Chinese and Filipino foods. I didn't see anything about the other Asian country's such as Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and the countries. It did have a section for Indian food under the ethnic section. It's s book full of a lot of information if you don't mind reading it sideways. It has an index in the back of the book to help you find the food you are looking for. I haven't looked through the hole book yet but this was what I noticed right away by glancing through it. I've added a photo from the book below.

Like this book but I was surprised to find a lot of things missing that I could find in the older version. Also there are way too many pages for fast foods than what I need. Would love for it to show net carbs also.

This is good that it has all of the key nutrients - carbs, sugars, fats, sat fats, etc. However, I wish the layout was different. It is difficult reading the book sideways. Also the headings do not carry to the right page. Also, I wish the page headings would state where you are.

Good book, almost too much info. However, I have failed to find only a very small number of items.
